WATER TOWER…. BEACH HOUSE…. JETTY…. REPEAT

I love my long runs.  I love being able to escape everybody/everything/myself for a a long period of time… sometimes just an hour… sometimes a few. 

8 miles logged for this past Saturday.

My run at the beach, however… was HELL.  WATER TOWER…. BEACH HOUSE…. JETTY…. REPEAT….  Honestly, an 8 mile run should not have been bad (considering the miles I have logged in the past), but i was stopping after every couple miles to walk.  Ugh! The worst.

Definitely ended this run at the beach club with a strong drink pre 1pm.  Woop!
